At All-Star Telescope our mission is to "help people discover the wonders of the night sky." We want you to be able to use the equipment and accessories purchased from us and be satisfied with your purchase. We have heard too many stories of "off the shelf" telescope purchases from department stores where the discount telescope promises great views but delivers fuzzy images on wobbly mounts, plastic focusers and poor optics. At All-Star Telescope you are shopping with enthusiastic amateur astronomers who regularly observe, enjoy sharing views of the night sky with others and have even built telescopes.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from All-Star Telescope, you may return your purchase within 30 of receipt for a full refund on the product and GST or exchange if you choose.  We only require that the product be returned in "as new" condition in its original packing.  Because shipping charges cannot be reclaimed, this expense is not refundable.  If you ship a return item we also ask that you pay the shipping costs and insure the package for its full value. We reserve the right to charge a re-stocking fee or offer less than a full refund if original packaging is missing or marred.

Exceptions to this policy: The following products are exeptions to this policy.   They are non-returnable unless there is a manufacturer's defect in which case the product will be replaced or repaired by the manufacturer:

¨     Optical Accessories:  Eyepieces, barlows, diagonals, focual reducers and filters

¨     Binoculars

¨     Software

¨    Special Ordered Items - products that are not usually kept in stock (This will be clarified before order is processed)
